Julian Male
Manager Director
Julian Male was admitted to the South Australian Supreme Court as a solicitor & barrister, member of the Inter Pacific Bar Association, holds a Bachelor of Laws & Legal Practice from the Flinders University of South Australia, a master’s in applied law (Commercial Transactions) from the College of Law, Sydney. He is also currently finalizing a MBA international with Deakin University in Melbourne and a specialized master’s in applied law (ASEAN Plus 6 program) also at the College of Law, Sydney.
He is the founder of Julian Male Risk Advisory and also the founder of Synercorp International, Bangkok, a regional legal consultancy firm specializing in small to mid-cap commercial, corporate & property transactions, probate and asset protection strategies.
Julian has extensive experience and understanding of both civil law and common law systems in the ASEAN Plus 6 region and practice areas includes, blockchain, international corporate & commercial transactions and private & commercial property transactions.
He has also advised on large Asian & Australian private equity, family office, listed company transactions and has resided in Thailand for over a decade. He has over 30 years of personal & professional development consulting experience, is a health & fitness enthusiast and a high ranking martial artist.
