First established in 2007 as a boutique law firm under the banner "Synercorp International"
Based in Phuket & Bangkok and then we rebranded to “JULIAN MALE Legal Risk Advisory” in late 2018. However, over the last decade, we evolved to provide a suite of boutique legal services including, blockchain, cryptocurrency, commercial, property & legal risk management and business consulting between Australia, Thailand and the greater Mekong region of Southeast Asia.
We also source among other sectors investment opportunities in commercial & residential real estate, agribusiness, renewable energy and consumer products sectors for private equity firms, family offices and other strategic investors. Undoubtedly ASEAN is a global powerhouse full of opportunities and is set to be the 4th largest economy in the world by 2030 with a GDP target of 6.7t
Our Mission
The Thai population is young, very digitally connected and many are educated abroad. While there are still skill gaps across the region, Thailand is on the move aiming to reach “First Nation” status by 2036, It has competitive labor costs, state of the art manufacturing & technology sector and it is an excellent base for international companies and strategic investors wanting to expand into the Greater Mekong region. We also collaborate with business leaders, bankers, law firms and build strategic alliances across the region so we understand the political and business culture of each country.
